Privacy Statement:
Lasting Impressions is committed to protecting your privacy! We utilize the information you enter when opening an account or placing an order solely for the purpose of processing your orders. We do not distribute, sell, or rent your information to any other company or individual for any purpose other than verifying and charging your credit card.
What information do we collect and how do we use it?
- When you order, we need to know your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process your order and to notify you if we have any questions or problems with the order.
- Lasting Impressions utilizes "cookies" (which are small files that our secure server places on your computer's hard drive) to manage your shopping basket and your online account. We do not utilize cookies to track your web surfing patterns or to follow your buying habits.
Ordering Items:
To place an item in your shopping basket, simply click on the "add one to basket" button on the search results or category list page, or press the "add to basket" button on the expanded product information page. (If you want more than one of an item, you can either press the "add one to basket" button more than once, allowing the "quantity in basket" field to be updated between clicks, or you can enter a number in the "quantity" box, replacing the "1" which appears by default.) You can check what's in your shopping basket by clicking on the "basket contents" button at any time you are in the shopping area of our web site.
Checking Out:
To send your order using our secure server, click on the "checkout" button. You will then be prompted to choose to (a) create a new account, (b) log in to an existing account, or (c) place an order without an account. (Choosing either of the first two options makes it easier to place an order in the future.) You will be prompted for name, address, email address, phone number, unless you are logging into an existing account. The total amount of your order will be calculated, including shipping charges (if any) and sales tax (if any). Please note that all credit card information is encrypted on our secure server so that it may not be utilized by any unauthorized personnel. If any required information was not filled in properly, you will be prompted to re-enter that information.
Your invoice, with order number, will then be displayed, and you will be prompted to save a copy of that page for your records. You will receive a confirmation of the order by email.
All transactions on this site are carried out on a secure server, running under GeoTrust/Equifax. 
Forms of Payment Accepted:
MasterCard, Visa, Money Order, or Cashier's Check.
Product Availability:
Although we carry an extensive inventory, we cannot guarantee availability of all items featured on our web site at all times. All items are subject to prior sale. If an item is not in stock you will be so advised and will be asked if we should put the item on backorder for automatic shipment when available. Also, please note that some items are drop-shipped directly by manufacturer.
Shipping:
Ground shipping is FREE for orders shipped within the continental United States totaling $100 or more (US currency) and shipped via UPS ground service (insured) or similar. There is a shipping charge of $7.00 for continental US orders totaling less than $100 (US). For information on shipping charges outside this area or if you want an alternate shipping method, please email us at sales@lastingimpressionsfinegifts.com.
We generally ship within four business days of receipt of your order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
If you are paying by money order or cashier's check, merchandise will be held for up to seven business days while we await your payment. Please be sure to include order number with your payment.
Note: Orders requiring expedited shipment (i.e., immediate shipment via next day air or second day air) will be billed on an individual basis. Please call 888-741-0303 and ask for Mary or George before placing your order.
Sales Tax:
State sales tax will be charged for orders shipped within Wisconsin (only).
Return Policy:
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. While all sales are final, we will be glad to exchange damaged items within 14 days from the date of sale. Any items returned must be sent back prepaid in the same condition as when originally received; be sure to include all original packing materials, enclosures and/or certificates. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please phone (888-741-0303) or email (sales@lastingimpressionsfinegifts.com) for return material authorization (RMA) number before returning items.
Sleepwear exchanges must be handled in a slightly different fashion: Although we will gladly exchange for a different size or color, all returned items must be clean, unworn, and with the original tags and packaging included. If you find it necessary to return an item, please do so via insured USPS priority mail (with tracking information). You are responsible for return shipping fee; we will ship replacement to you at no additional charge. (Please remember to first obtain RMA from us.)
Damage Claims
If you receive a damaged shipment, phone (888-741-0303) or email (sales@lastingimpressionsfinegifts.com) to request a call tag for pickup of the package. A replacement or refund will be arranged. Claims for damage must be received within 14 days of purchase date.
Prices:
All prices are subject to change without notice. If an item ordered is not available at the price posted on this web site, you will be notified before shipment is made.
All products are priced according to the suggested retail prices of the respective companies. Lasting Impressions is not responsible for pricing errors on this web site or in other print or electronic media. All logos, images, and product names are the trademarks and copyrights of their owners and may not be used without their permission.
Collector Clubs:
We are an authorized redemption center for Pipka, as well as for Hummel and Roman-Seraphim, We welcome the opportunity to provide your member-only pieces. Special Orders Welcome!

Gift Wrapping:
On orders over $100, we will gift wrap at no additional charge if requested (by phone or by email). On orders under $100, there is a charge of $5.00 for this service.
